Hi,
I have been using ICICI lombard's health insurence plan(Family floater) for the last 4 yeras. In the 5th year, i got surprised with their renewal notice as they have increased premium with out any infromation.
Reased explained from Customer care is illogical.
- They told premium listed on website should be looked for online policy only.
- They have no answer why i sohuld pay comparing to last year even though there is no age group slot change, nor any additon of any rider or any memeber to policy.
- They stopped No Claim Bonus simply saying IRDA has issued such order and they are providing higher coveregae to compensate it.
I have taken it to Grievance Redressal to next step.Hope to get some positive and logical answer.
