Health insurence trap

Hi,

I have been using ICICI lombard's health insurence plan(Family floater) for the last 4 yeras. In the 5th year, i got surprised with their renewal notice as they have increased premium with out any infromation.
Reased explained from Customer care is illogical.

  1. They told premium listed on website should be looked for online policy only.
  2. They have no answer why i sohuld pay comparing to last year even though there is no age group slot change, nor any additon of any rider or any memeber to policy.
  3. They stopped No Claim Bonus simply saying IRDA has issued such order and they are providing higher coveregae to compensate it.
No Reason looks reasonale and guys to whom i was interecating with cutmoer care, always say he is looking i into matter and will call back soon. But it is more than a week but still he is consistent with his answer, he will call back soon:)

I have taken it to Grievance Redressal to next step.Hope to get some positive and logical answer.
